Practical Tension Release: Part II is designed to help you relieve tension in your hips and spine. Using Tori's many years of personal experience as a chronic pain patient, Pilates Instructor and acupuncturist, this workshop teaches you to release your tissue from the extremities toward the center. It is meant to be approached from a place of curiosity and exploration.
For this class, you will need a Tune Up Fitness Alpha Ball and a resistance band of any strength. Purchase in my office, or online.
