Our bodies functionally need enough energy to operate in a balanced way, and there are some non-negotiable ways to preserve and build that energy.
This lecture begins with an introduction to the will, and why that’s important. Then, we dig a little deeper into our habits and how they relate to the will. We finish out with some suggestions for rituals that set the ground for your transformation, and talk about first steps toward observing your relationship to those habits and taking action.
This video includes a PDF that summarizes the lecture and suggests prompts for reflection to help you begin to notice your habits and put new ones into practice.
