Welcome to Here’s Where to Start, a short series to help you find agency in your health through self-inquiry and action.

Here's Where to Start is comprised of 8 videos that teach about the importance of foundational habits. They include suggestions for rituals that set the ground for your transformation, and ideas for first steps toward observing your relationship to those habits and taking action.
